Lowther Road, Embrook, Wokingham

This is an APL award nominated garden for 2025!

This garden was designed by Caroline Butler and Owen and the team brought the design to life over 2024/5

Starting with a pretty blank canvas, after excavating the garden, new contemporary double slatted Jacksons Venetian Hit and Miss fence panels were installed along the left hand side of the property and to the right of the new deck area.

Three new steps were built from the end of the decking down to the new patio using Steel Grey Porcelain paving slasb will be used for the tread and to clad the front of each step.

A new aesthetic deck area was erected along the back of the house stepping directly out of the new bi-fold doors.

A new 35M2 porcelain patio using London  Stone was installed. The team built retaining block walls that will combine as raised beds on either sides of the steps.

A timber pergola was built on the right hand side of the garden  along with three raised beds and three wooden arches within the raised beds.

New landscaping and gravelled areas were added for the aesthetics of the garden with planting borders added to colourful shrubs and planting. Block paving was then added up the side of the house. This is a beautiful garden which can be enjoyed year round.
