Landscape Case Study – Wokingham Spring 2025

<< Back

This project began with a full ground clearance and excavation of the existing patio, lawn, shrubs and the three fences surrounding the back garden.

A new closed board fence was installed using good quality pressure treated timber and concrete gravel boards .

Two good quality pressure treated closed board gates were installed.

A new aesthetic curved porcelain patio was installed measuring 65m² using 900cm by 600cm KANDLA GREY porcelain paving slabs as well as two new paths down the sides of the house. Each individual slab was pre-sealed underneath with slurry primer before being laid.

A recess drain cover was installed within the patio to the left of the new step. This will be done to look part of the patio whilst still allowing access.

A contrasting row of SAWN SILVER GREY GRANITE SETTS were installed to define the new patio and borders with the lawn. As well as being a convenient mowing edge these will then be used to create more aesthetic curved borders.

A new lawn was laid on top of good quality top soil and new planting borders created around the perimeter of the garden n preparation for planting.
